About the Role

As the Customer Support Lead at Politirate, you'll be responsible for managing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and building scalable support processes. You'll ensure an excellent user experience through responsive and helpful support while establishing best practices for our growing support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve user support inquiries
  • Develop and maintain support documentation
  • Create scalable support processes and workflows
  • Track and analyze support metrics
  • Identify and report common user issues
  • Train and mentor support team members

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer support experience
  • Experience leading support teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with support tools and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of support metrics and KPIs
